Most “new” and “unopened mecharchadise” sold by Appliance Service Central in original manufacturer packaging can be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions listed below. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was sold, and must be returned to our warehouse at 3873 E. Craig Rd. unit 7, Las Vegas, NV 89030. The customer must inspect the appliance(s) for damage(s) or manufacturer defects, and if any exist, the customer must refuse delivery. If the appliance(s) is refused for this reason, our delivery team will return the unit to our warehouse, and we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery of a new/similar unit.
Return Policy Exceptions (Local Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas)
Non-Working Appliances: If the appliance you purchased has malfunctioned within 48 hours of delivery you must call our office to schedule a service appointment. If the product is “new-in box” then we may have to contact a manufacturer authorized service provider to service and repair your product. If the product is “new-scratch n dent” or “refurbished” then our company will send our in-house service technician to repair the appliance.
New-Scratch n Dent and Refurbished Appliances: These appliances are sold “cosmetically as-is” and any scratches, dents, and blemishes are non-repairable.
Drop-off Deliveries: If you purchased a brand new (in-the-box) appliance but was not installed by our delivery team, you must report any cosmetic damage, manufacturer defects, or non-working products within 24 hours to be eligible for return or exchange. The product must be returned within the original box in which it was shipped.
Non-Refundable Items: Delivery and installation accessories (i.e. waterlines, gas lines, electrical cords, fittings, connectors, etc.) and items deemed used in the course of installing your appliances, delivery fee, and installation fees are not refundable.
- All and any appliances returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds are issued in the same form as the original purchase. If the item(s) was paid using your credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card. If the item(s) was paid with check or cash, then the amount will be refunded by check, minus any non-refundable costs, within 10 days from the return date.
Exchanges (“New-Scratch n Dent” and “Refurbished” Appliances Only):
In the event that your appliance malfunctions and is deemed “non-repairable by our service technician after diagnosing, then we may exchange your appliance with a similar or close to similar in appearance, of same value, during the warranty period. The warranty does not reset and the original warranty expiration date remains and continues.
